the enhancement of error message has been updated. Kindly retest.
Currently only found the "Service Unavailable" error message in file upload scenario. Kindly test more scenario to get the "Service Unavailable" error message.

1. Bulk Payment > Edit Data Entry
2. Upload with .summ file
3. Click on "Upload"
