Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
Customer perform efria withdrawal at RIB but got error You didn't have available Term Deposit Account. Based on checking this efria account was opened at RIB and the account is active.
please help to check further.

Finding:
We suspect the response for account inquiry by CIF is not complete.
This issue happens after HOST enhance new field during FRIA enhancement.
Solution:
After discussion with Bank, we change the retrieving number of record from 30 to 15 which is the same as when retrieve the data for account summary listing.
This patch has been deployed to production together with BNM OTP Migration on 11/06/2023 under Migration ID208.
