Require Penril to check on transfer limit in Agronet where by when user successfully change the limit and go back to the Transfer Limit menu, error "Service is currently unavaiable [9999]." appear.

you need to check in the ib transfer limit table in prod database and then update the inter and intra transfer limit if its null to global which is 6000.
