Description

Test on Create IBAM User for mode System Admin, Customer Interaction and Observation

1)Super Admin create System Admin
Result: Passed. No authorization required.

2)System Admin create IBAM User (Customer Interaction) for Checker & Maker
Result: Failed. System required authorization. Based on requirement no approval needed for System Admin during create IBAM User.

Fixed:

2)System Admin create IBAM User (Customer Interaction) for Checker & Maker
Result: Failed. System required authorization. Based on requirement no approval needed for System Admin during create IBAM User.

-No authorization required for creating IBAM user (Depends on AdminAction table)

Validation Rules
Kindly change the validation rules based on the BRS requirement as per above.

User Profile Maintenance – Create
1. User Name - Max length 30
2. Name – Field Length 5-16
3. Office No. – Field Length 9-10
4. Mobile No. – Field Length 10-12
5. Standardize Create Admin title to User Profile Maintenance - Create

User Profile Maintenance – Edit
1. Name – Field Length 5-16
2. Office No. – Field Length 9-10
3. Mobile No. – Field Length 10-12

User Profile Maintenance - Lock Result
1. No confirmation Page. Admin can suspend and activate the user straight away.
2. Standardize with all action have confirmation page.
3. User with SUSPEND & LOCKED status > Click on ACTIVATE > System return error message “System is not ready.”

User Profile Maintenance - Delete
1. Change the delete title from User Profile Maintenance - Delete Confirmation to User Profile Maintenance – Delete
2. System dies at Result page.

User Profile Maintenance

New IBAM User
Actual Result : After FTL, system show Password Expiry page. If user choose to SKIP, NO Last Login Date show at IBAM homepage. If YES, during next login the Password Expiry page will display again.
Expected Result : After FTL, system will show force change password. Last Login Date will capture after User success to login.

IBAM Home page
Maker & Checker can view Edit Button at Profile User Info but not able to Edit. Error message display "User does not have the right to edit module "Admin User Enquiry" ".

Kindly assist to fix the bugs and update the status.

User Profile Maintenance - Create
1. User Name - Max length 30

Test Result
1. Change User Name requirement - Field Length 5-16. Passed
2. Change Name requirement - Field Length 30. Passed
For both field need to update BRS to follow the system requirement accordingly.
3. Error message : Office No. cannot be less than 9 characters / digits. Remove "characters". Failed
4. Error message : Mobile No. cannot be less than 10 characters / digits. Remove "characters". Failed

User Profile Maintenance - Edit
1. Name - Field Length 5-16
2. Office No.: Field Length 9-10
3. Mobile No.- Field Length 10-12

Test Result
1. Change User Name requirement - Field Length 5-16. Passed
2. Error message: Office No. cannot be less than 9 characters / digits. Remove "characters". Failed
3. No validation when entered Mobile No. less than 10. Failed

User Profile Maintenance - Delete
1. Change the delete title from User Profile Maintenance - Delete Confirmation to User Profile Maintenance -“ Delete

User Profile Maintenance - Search
1) Search User Name start from 'P' - List display 2pages pagination. After click on NEXT, pagination change to 15pages.

User Profile Maintenance - Create
1) Maker able to create same existing ID.
