In BRS_SMS_Notification doc didn’t listed the Grant Total Record, but in SMS Issuance Report it listed.

Description
In BRS_SMS_Notification doc didn’t listed the Grant Total Record, Grant Total Successful Record, Grand Total Ussuccessful Record, and Grant Total Unssuccessful Record, and Grant Total Charges Amount but in SMS Issuance Report it have.
Here I attached the doc about the SMS Issuance Report.

This is the new section added during development. I found that it is needed and I added it. Please keep this behaviour and let the stakeholder to justify.
