Hi Ateh,
Currently production APP server 172.17.21.39 & 172.17.21.40 have been updated with new credentials, thus vendor does not have access to it for now. Might need IT to raise ticket to helpdesk.
Please ask Wahyu to send the log file to us. I think that will be easier. Path of log file is
172.17.21.39 : /usr/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/logs/member1
172.17.21.40 : /usr/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/logs/member2

Would you be able to look into this matter? Time deposit enquiry page 2 encounters session timeout.
something being harcoded in TcdAccountSummary.java:
String currentPage = request.getParameter ("p");
if (DataValidator.isEmptyString(currentPage))
{
currentPage = "1";
}
I'm not sure if this is the rootcause..? Need your help.

The error only happens for during BOD test in PROD, not sure about other user. User: lakson2810. Log is as attached.

This error happened because the pagination. The td account list combine with current, saving and others account. Fixed by change the pagination set up in services.
