Hi Kah Yan,
Kindly assist to fix below issue:-
Notification came out stated "Exceed the Max PIN attempt" when try to perform 1st Time Login just after first try input PIN received via sms from IBCC.
Step To Produce:-
1. User Status "Locked"
2. VB "Unlocked" User Account
3. IBCC Send SMS Pin
4. Click on 1st Time Login
5. Enter User Name
6. Enter PIN received via SMS
7. Click on Next.
System shows error message: You have reached the maximum number of PIN attempt.

Root Cause: SMS PIN Error count not reset after CA is unlocked

Test on below conditions.
Test Item 1: CA Status - NEWIF SMS PIN is not send:
Enter invalid PIN (1 time) > LOCKED (INVALID STATE)
- Create New User in IBAM using administrator
- Perform FTL in BIB
Result: PASSED.
- Create New User in IBAM using maker/checker
- Perform FTL in BIB
Result: PASSED.
Enter invalid PIN (3 time) > LOCKED (EXCEED MAX TRIES)
- Create New User in IBAM using administrator
- Perform FTL in BIB
Result: PASSED.
- Create New User in IBAM using maker/checker
- Perform FTL in BIB
Result: PASSED.
IF SMS PIN is not send:
Enter invalid PIN (3 time) > LOCKED (EXCEED MAX TRIES)
- Unlock User in IBAM using administrator
- Perform FTL in BIB
Result: PASSED.
- Unlock User in IBAM using maker/checker
- Perform FTL in BIB
Result: PASSED.
Enter invalid PIN (3 time) > LOCKED (EXCEED MAX TRIES)
- Unlock User in IBAM using administrator
- Perform FTL in BIB
