Description
Kindly assist to check on Encik Subri Md Noh issue on the browser idle more than 5 minute when performing the transaction.
Below are the steps performed by Encik Subri:-
1) Selected Bill Payment Menu
2) Selected Payee Corporation and clicked “Next”
3) Automatically logged out and the error message appear is “You have left the browser idle for more than 5 minutes. Please login again.

Root Cause: User was idle for more than 5 minutes. When the system check session token, if the token is invalid it will log the user out.
