Please attend below user query:
Today OFI W3 there's 1 OFI transaction initiated from CIB rejected by MyClear due to 3rd Addenda is empty. Similar issue was happened before on 25/11/2013 and have been resolved on 27/11/2013. Seek your immediate assistance to further check why the transaction is able to perform/go thru while the Bene ID was empty with Bene ID Verification was enable.

We manage to simulate the issue on STG Development.
Base on Record from database provided by DBA.
Suspected scenario.
User Create a beneficiary acc with New IC & Old IC.
And when the time to transfer. He might delete the New IC & Old IC.
He Manage to pass till result page.
And when I check into IBG_ENTRY table the process_code is '5' even the all the field of new ic, old ic, buss reg no & others id are empty!
Action:
We will make necessary amendment for register interbank page.

Root Cause:
Issue due to Logic Error
Resolution:
To fix CIB IBG logic and on how to retrieve data
Patch, Test result and migration plan(KFH_2014-003) already forward to IT. Still Pending for UAT.
