This is system bug,
We manage to simulate in UAT development.
1. User perform register IBG Interbank.
2. Select the beneficiary id
3. Remove the benery id
4. Proceed.
User able to perform the transaction.
At mean while the segment code is 1.
when user try to perform ibg register interbank.

We already revert with the root cause/patches/migration plan/ source/test result in last email.
