Root cause:
- IBG transaction status changed from "Successful" to "Accepted".
- Transaction was not logged correctly into its respective table (e.g. Bill payment transaction was not logged to IB_BILL_PAYMENT).
Solution:
- Add "Accepted" category to list of transaction status.
- Fix transaction logging logic that it will log regardless of transaction process is fail or success.

Hi kak,
Fixed and deployed. Please test all monetary transaction and and make sure it log to main table (IB_USER_TRANSACTION_HISTORY for RIB and BIB_TRNX_HISTORY for BIB) and respective table (e.g. Bill Payment to IB_BILL_PAYMENT).
