Root Cause:
Trigger for auto generate OID is missing from DB for BIB related tables.
List of tables containing the trigger:
BIB_BILL_PAYMENT
BIB_INTER_TRANSFER
BIB_INTRA_TRANSFER
BIB_MOBILE_RELOAD
BIB_RECEIPT_DETAILS
BIB_SI
BIB_SI_HISTORY
BIB_USER_ACTIVITY

Hi Kah Yan, we need to know why the sequence number script was removed. Even if the sequence id is disabled, but OID is the primary or unique key, how could the record being inserted?

Hi Mr Tan,
This issue happened when swing from DR env to PROD env. I am not sure how the IT team back up and restore the database.
From what we know,
1. they back up PROD DB
2. bring the data from PROD DB to DR DB
3. swing to DR
4. do trnx in DR
5. after DR - backup whatever in DR DB
6. restore the data into PROD DB
7. This issue happened (null value in OID column)
I tried to replicate the insert using SQL statement. Was not able to insert a null value for oid

May be need to check their DR DB on the table and sequence number setting

Please update this status by tomorrow morning. If not, I assumed this case is closed and will close this case by tomorrow afternoon.

Hi Zahir,
We are still pending for the schema of DR database for verification.
Currently there is no report of this issue occurring again.

Compare both schema for prod and DR.
Found missing constraints and sequence in DR schema.
Attached is prod schema, DR schema, and the difference when comparing both schema

We spoke. The constraints are exist in DR schema but when exported, its doesn't write to the sql. Will check and revert.

Zahir,
Kindly forward email to IT based on the last email send by Tengku Norashikin on 12/1/2015 where they need to confirm on the constraints which exist in DR schema but when exported, its doesn't write to the sql.
We have make comparison on both schema for prod and DR and found missing constraints and sequence in DR schema.
We also has provided the the result on the prod schema, DR schema, and the difference when comparing both schema.
If no feedback within the resolution day, we shall close the case.
