Kindly attend below request:

Successful manual RFI reconcile for W4 on 11/12/2014 but with error message displayed. 
Further check on 12/12/2014, there is no Recon report available for RFI W4 in Corus dated 11/12/2014. 
Refer attached file for the error message display for manual recon.

There is no update on this case since December 12, 2014 in support portal and redmine.

From our investigation. We found trace no at IBG_RFI table have duplicate trace no because it been reused again by bank. Our suggestion is to filter data and get the latest record.
