Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

Yesterday morning (4/3/2015) receive a complain from 2 customers. They receive invalid TAC no upon request  in order to perform transaction. Need your help to investigate further in this matter. Below is customers details:-

1)
Customer Name    : MUHAMMAD FAUZI BIN YAACOB
I/c no             : 870729035785
Acc No            : 004103001499
Issue            : Invalid TAC no.
Mobile No        : 0137020114
Telco (TAC related)    : Digi previously, but now changed to Umobile network
Time : 849 am

2)
Customer Name    : DAYANGKU KEMALASARI BINTI AWG.HIPNI
NRIC No        : 780318136064
Acc No            : 007102015766
Issue            : Invalid TAC No.
Mobile No        : 0192065868
Telco (TAC related)    : Celcom 
Time : 839 am

I`m just tested perform tac request for IPAY transaction using all 4 instances. Receive invalid TAC number on instance 2 (1-7310) only. Others instance all successful transaction.

This issue only happen on instance bv1, because some files is not synchronized with others instance. Furthermore, after we compare all the files in bv1 to other instance, we found that most of the files is not the same. This will cause a lot of problem happen later. Therefore, we asked KFH to replace the files in bv1 with other instance. We suspect this is the root cause and the solution we can purpose at this time.
