There is no Error, the transaction was successfully executed, but user did not receive email notification

Checked the code. Start from beginning already no email send out for rentas transfer. The send email only for generate rentas file. Please test generate rentas file whether got email send out or not?

The description is not correct because IBUtility.jar is not reflected into server. Asked Aditya to check on this.
