IBG-042: Incorrect description for SI Bill Payment

1) To replace pipe “|” with comma “,” or any other suggestion to standardize/synchronize the description that display in customer’s statement

Note : Based on SD Checking in Phoenix, there were still pipe "|" in the description that display in Customer's Statement.

TR_IBG023 - data cannot be found at corus, to be cancelled

TR_IBG042 - cannot access result page, after confirm it became session expired,
but amount was deducted.

IBG-038 : (Retest result 02072015) the result was OK, but the description in Log still have sender’s name
IBG-046 : DONE
IBG-049 : (Retest result 02072015) Error in result page, ‘service is currently unavailable’. And the transaction description was not correct
IBG-048 : (Retest result 02072015) email notification was not received.
IBG-042 : (Retest result 02072015) Error in result page, ‘service is currently unavailable’
Replace pipe ‘|’ to commas ‘,’ : there still few description that uses pipe ‘|’,
