Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

Please assist to investigate on the unsuccessful bulk payment performed on 05/10/2015. Upon checking in Corus, 
the reason for the unsuccessful transaction is 'Insufficient account balance'. 

However, user claimed that the amount is sufficient and the balance is the exact amount to be transferred (including the fee).

Detail of the failed transaction as per attached.

Dear Hafiz,

I have try to replicate the issue with the exact amount as customer report and the status is successful. Please find attached the test result as per below step:

  1. Set the account balance as RM1235.81
  2. Login as Initiator and make bulk upload with amount RM1235.81
  3. Login as Verifier and approved the transaction
  4. Login as Approver and approved the transaction
  5. Run the Bulk Payment engine
  6. Check on the Bulk Payment Search details (Transaction Successful)
  7. Check on Account Summary (The account balance is RM0.00)
  8. Check on Transaction History (the details is display with the chargers)
