[TPMS_Prod015] - Promotion>Edit Event Info

Description
Issue: When update the exact event date in the Event Info in Promotion Tab, the event date in Planning still display as Tentative. Use CAEXPO 2016 event to replicate.
Step to replicate:
1. Click on "Promotion" tab
2. Click on respective event with Tentative Date from Planning "View" button
3. Click on "Edit" button and input exact "Event Date" and "Status"
4. Click on "Submit"
Result: Save new event data and status in Promotion but in Planning Activity Edit Screen still display as Tentative Date with Tentative Date Flag checked.
Expected Result: In Planning Activity Edit Screen shall display the exact Date with Tentative Date Flag unchecked.
Proposed:
To add Tentative Date checked box in Promotion>Event Info - Edit screen. The flag of Tentative Date shall be updated vice verses between Planning and Promotion Event/Activity Edit screen.

Finding:
em_start_date_type is not handle properly at planning and promotion for add edit view.
Solution:
Add missing handler on promotion module, add handler for view for checking em_start_date_type to display supposed date.
