Description
Finance User still not update any information in Budget but in the list have value in “Budget Approved” and “Balance Budget Approved / Revised” column for below event:-
1. SPECIALISED MARKETING MISSION (SMM) FOR CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDING MATERIALS TO SYDNEY AND PERTH, AUSTRALIA
2. SPECIALISED MARKETING MISSION ON MARITIME INDUSTRY IN CONJUNCTION WITH INTERNATIONAL MARITIME TRADE FAIR - HAMBURG

Finding:
These data may be from migrated data. BY using TPMS, budget can not be approved without budget type.
Solution:
Budget type need to be created first and select budget type for these data.

Budget approved and Budget requested are migrated based on “budget” from source data files.
Refer to screen capture as per attached.
Resolution:
Update the Budget approved and Budget requested value for the 2 activities to null.
7/1/16 - The changes has been already reflected at TPMS Production.
