When Project Officer open the registration form, information that have been submitted such as address, phone number, company email, equity, contact information and representative were empty.

Finding:
According to log, there is duplicate data in table company_local for the company entered. Found out there is action taken by ECB after user create and register new company. So far, have not found any part of TPMS that create this duplicate date.
Solution:Need feedback from Matrade DBA, Azran on what is ECB action upon creating new company from TPMS.
Database admin need to delete the duplicate data.

Duplicate data has been deleted. Only can be tested in production. Please verify with user.
