Report Name : RINGKASAN PERBELANJAAN PERUNTUKAN PROMOSI BERDASARKAN KELULUSAN BOD
Year : 2016
Budget Type : Operational, Other

Error:
1. Value 'Other' in the Budget Type list should change to 'Others'
2. Total in 'JumlahPeruntukan (RM)' is wrong.
3. The value 'JenisBajet' for Others should use 'Lain-lain'. Not 'SEF' Apply to other budget reports that have 'Budget Type' in the filter selection.

Finding:
Report "RINGKASAN PERBELANJAAN PERUNTUKAN PROMOSI" and "RINGKASAN PERBELANJAAN PERUNTUKAN PROMOSI BERDASARKAN KELULUSAN BOD", can only show budget for 9 program types set during development. This value is fixed and required report format update if want to add more program type. Current jasper report is impossible to support future new program types.

Solution:
Update code to calculated budget only for current 9 program type. Cannot support new program type.

Test Scenario:
Access Planning > Budget Report > RINGKASAN PERBELANJAAN PERUNTUKAN PROMOSI BERDASARKAN KELULUSAN BOD and download report. Program count and budget show correct value.

Note:
Required En.Rizal opinion on new program type.

Leo, Kindly check on the details of the reports. I believe it does not displayed all program type.

12/2/16 - comment by En Rizal. #035 - Verified. But the programme type should read from lookup table. In lookup IBM had changed to INSP.
