Description
User got the error “Request Entity Too Large” (see attached image) when updating the JPPPA impact of the activity.
Rizal: This is not the first time error it happened. Need to find the root caused

Hi Ayu,
Finding/Root Cause: Packet size on tomcat server limit not enough to fullfil long request entity.
Resolution: Increase packet size on tamcat server.
Special Instructions: Please test on UAT environment.
