Event Details
Event Name:- The 120th CANTON Fair (Autumn), 31 Oct - 4 November
- The 13th CAEXPO 2016, 23-26 September 2016
1. The event's date suddenly changed to tentative dates in September, instead of 23-26 September 2016 as being recorded before.
2. The event's suddenly changed to No Chargeable, the previous recorded amount is RM4,000.
3. The event didn't appear for Public view in the portal, suddenly the list of registered companies also missing under the Event Info tab

Finding:
There was a bug in module 1, module Planning. Edit and save event in module 1 will overwrite promotion event setting such as public and registration setting.
Tentative date is not an issue as Promotion module previously never support to update tentative date to normal date. After fixes from Enhancement #5887, tentative date now can update from tentative date to normal date.
Solution:
Fix bug in module 1 to save update only instead of overwriting the whole event data.
Test scenario:
1. In Promotion > Event Setup > Other Module, fill in all the fields like checkbox and date fields and save.
2. Go to Planning, choose the same event, edit and same(no need to change any data).
3. Go back to Promotion > Event Setup > Other Module and check the detail. Setting should be intact and not overwritten.
