Fixes were done BY Chee Onn on 21/03/2016.
This issue were raised during IBM event. Please verify IBM first and then other event type.

Test scenario:
  1. Access Post Event > Programmes > Search 'INTERNATIONAL SOURCING PROGRAMME IN CONJUNCTION WITH MIHAS 2016'
  2. Click Feedback button
  3. Click List By Company button
  4. Test Print function for status 'NOT SENT' and 'PENDING'
  5. Test View function for status 'REPLIED'
  6. In popup page, click print icon to print or preview print
  7. Please verify the printed page.

Finding:
Printed feedback has issue with the layout. It has no pagination and fields no properly aligned.

Solution:
Chee Onn fixed print function and update print css.

Expected result:
Printed feedback should print with proper pagination and usable to be given to event participant/company for them to write their feedback on the printed feedback paper.
