Description
Issue: Facing an error "Error while performing your request"when approver confirm the transaction.
Hi Kah Yan,
Already reproduce the issue at staging environment. Result on staging environment also displays the same error as UAT. Kindly fix the error.

Root Cause: Null pointer at checker part when approve for field socso_test_status.
Fix: Handle the null value (error handling)
