Description

IBAM - Statutory Bodies Report Daily - The total contribution amount include unsuccessful amount. The total amount only calculated for successfult transaction.

Kah Yan, Please check with Chee Onn, if he has fixed this issue.

solution : total contribution amount filtering status.

Hi Jeng Wei,

Please refer on below bug found and fix it.

1. PDF Format
1.1. Total No. of Record on Header should display the total record of No. of PCB Record and No. of CP38 Record for all the transaction status. Current result display Total No. of Report: 5. Expected result is to display Total No. of Report: 36.
1.2. Total No. of Successful Record on Header should display the total record of No. of PCB Record and No. of CP38 Record for successful transaction only. Current result display Total No. of Successful Record: 3. Expected result is to display Total No. of Report: 18.

2. EXCEL Format
2.1. Total Contribution Amount should display the total amount of successful transaction. Current result display no value on Total Contribution Amount.
2.2. Total No. of Record on Header should display the total record of No. of PCB Record and No. of CP38 Record for all the transaction status. Current result display Total No. of Report: 5. Expected result is to display Total No. of Report: 36.
2.3. Total No. of Successful Record on Header should display the total record of No. of PCB Record and No. of CP38 Record for successful transaction only. Current result display Total No. of Successful Record: 3. Expected result is to display Total No. of Report: 18.

Hi Jeng Wei,

As per discussion with user, kindly change label for Total Contribution Amount(MYR) to Total No. of Successful File Upload. Please ignored previous bug reported.

EXCEL FILE:
1. Total No. of Successful Record on Header should display the total record of No. of PCB Record and No. of CP38 Record for successful transaction only. Current result display Total No. of Successful Record: 3. Expected result is to display Total No. of Report: 18.
2. Date/Time Upload File should display as [2016-11-17 12:54:46.257].Current result display no value on this field.

Hi Erni,

pdf/excel
1) Total No of Records: the counting is based on total upload file which is transaction status in successful,acceptance and pending and upload file status is successful..
2)Total No of Successful Upload File : the counting is based on total upload file which is transaction status in successful and upload file status is successful..
3) Total Contribution Amount(MYR) : total is based on transaction status successful and file upload is success only.

Excel
2. Date/Time Upload File should display as [2016-11-17 12:54:46.257].Current result display no value on this field.
root/cause: report overlay
solution: ireport setting...
Please retest after deployed.. Thanks a lot..

2) Total Amount Month-to-date: Accumulate from 1st date of Month to current date.

Hi Erni,

1) remove Total No. of Record on Header.
  1. requested by customer to remove the header.
    2) Total Amount Month-to-date: Accumulate from 1st date of Month to current date.

root/cause: calculate the amount based on current date.
solution: calculate the amount based on 1st of month till current date.
