Kindly attend below request:
Kindly be informed that customer complaint that system auto log out when they try to approve payment and their accounts has been debited for the payments .
We are unable to locate payments done by customer in CORUS.
Transaction Details
Date : 03/01/2017, 10 AM - 1 PM
Amount : USD 214,543.40
Please help to assist urgently.
