Kindly attend below request:
We have created new user ID from Labuan using BVMC>KFHM but user unable to access Content>IB Report (refer screen shot attached, page 1). URL used by Labuan users http://10.20.208.4:7410/kfh_bvmc/mc/signin.do
User select BIBL when login into the system. We try to search Amizan & other KFH Labuan team names in BIBL but not found, but in KFHM the names are there. Our difficulties, we're unable to view correct profiles/roles given to all Labuan team and unable make a reference to create new ID for Amizan.
Action taken:
1. Delete user (Amizan) from KFHM and re-create using BVMC-BIBL, but have problem at Qualifiers menu (refer attachment).
2. Try again to edit Role but error pop out (refer attachment)
Please threat this as urgent as user unable to start using BVMC
Note: We have notified Hafizuddin on 10/01/2017

As our friday activity with farid, we able create user for bvmc labuan and successful add qualifier for report. New user name is able search at bvmc labuan.
We suspect other KFH Labuan team is not create by bvmc labuan user. Please execute sql below and provide the result.
Schema bvuserprd
Select * from bv_user where user_alias in ('user_alias','user_alias');
** please replace user_alias with other KFH Labuan team.
select * from bv_ep_uprov_srv where user_id in ('user_id','user_id');
** please replace user_id with user_id from previous sql.
Issue closed in SCP.
