Description

Daily Reports related to Statutory Bodies EPF transactions in IBAM (IBAM> BIB Report)
Report name : BIB Statutory Bodies EPF Report Daily
Filtering by search criteria which are “Report Type”, File Type (excel, pdf and csv), Month and Year.
All transactions will all status must be displayed in the report
For unsuccessful transaction, the reason must be indicated under Remarks.
To add “Payment Type” in the report. Kindly refer sample in attachment URS.

Hi Jeng Wei,

Please fix the company name line move down after spacing between word.
Please change the total amount field by get the data from column TOTAL_AMOUNT in table BIB_EPF_RECORD.
Please change the No of Records field by get the data from column TOTAL_RECORD in table BIB_EPF_RECORD.
Please empty the payment type first. The payment type only appear when the record insert from other payment module.

Please help to add below file to SIT environment and add new configuration to reports-config.properties file as what in project reporting1 under branch epf.

  • BIB_Statutory_Bodies_EPF_Subreport_Daily.jrxml

Hi Jeng Wei,

Refer below for the reported bug:

1. Remove spacing for Company Name. Should have no space in front of Company Name.
2. Remarks should have space.
3. The value for 'Total Month-to-Date' is not parallel.
4. The value for 'Total Contribution Amount (MYR)' is not parallel.

Please be noted that all these reported issue are found at PDF and XLS format. Except for Issue No. 1, this bug only apply at PDF format. Please refer attached file for more details and fix the bug.

The bug still remain same. For example, the remark field why you use the replace method to replace all space to empty?
Please help to fix it.

Issue had been fixed and the jrxml and jasper file had been push to mercurial. Please help to deploy to SIT and UAT.
