Hi,
Kindly attend below request:
We have done technical DR last saturday 15042016. Unfortunately, SMS TAC was not recieved.
Cron job was successfully run but no SMS data pickup.
We have done a few troubleshooting but the result still the same. Please look into it urgently as we need to plan for retest before actual DR drill activity which schedule in May 2017.

Root cause: webserver time not sync with database server.
