Kindly attend below request:
CA/bank admin cannot assign token, user not listed in the droplist as below. Please advise.
current SP_Status=1
User status = active

- Status changed from New - Begin Life Cycle to Pending Customer Feedback
For user to be displayed in the dropdown list, SP_STATUS has to be 0.
Need nore info on the scenario of what happened to token and user until encounter this issue.

Fixes:-
To allow username in dropdown list when token status is unassigned but user token status is assigned.
Issue closed in SCP.
