Hi,
Kindly attend below request.

Noticed that following customer had performed registered JOMPAY payment and successfully approved the transaction but the status remains pending for approval but transaction went successfully

From Account: 008140000835

Rim: 54989

Transaction Type: Registered JomPAY

Amount: 284.65

Date: 03/07/2018

Approve Time: 3.05pm

Issue: 1) Transaction status show pending approval after approved

2) Unable to reprint receipt

We just updated/patched on the backend to change the status and insert the data to get the receipt but can you please help to find what is the root cause of this issue and kindly find the permanent solution to prevent this kinds issue in future

From the JOMPAY perspective,

Everything is working in order and received from PayNET.

1) The traffic is routed to JomPAY Services from ApproverModule

2) Next, the traffic will routed to JomPAY Engine from JomPAY Services.

3) After, JomPAY Engine will send request to PayNET end for validation and if everything ok then will be debit at KFH.

But JOMPAY does not accessible/controllable from their Services to update Approver Status of transaction

From out investigation. We found BIB system unable to insert/update data to database and not error found on log. We suspect bib system unstable on that time. Our suggestion to restart server twice a week.

As we convey to your team earlier, we should not rely on workaround solution of restart the server all the time but we required to improve our fault handling system of track the exact root cause of the issues and fix it permanently.
