Kindly attend below request:
Kindly need your assistance to check on this issue, Customer inform unable to login as initiator. After insert password appear Session Idle for 5 minute. Already restart PC and clear cache.
He used Internet explorer, Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
But there has no problem to login as Corporate Administrator.

Error Code and Description Return from HOST
RESPONSE_ERROR_CODE_1=CFM0116
RESPONSE_REASON_FOR_CODE_1=No account relationships found for this CIF number
We also tried to replicate creating Corporate Admin (CA) and Initiator in SIT with no accounts.
CA: successful created
Initiator: not able to create, tested in IBAM and BIB
